The event will be moderated by our very own Bindu Oommen Fernandes, Executive Director of Narika for a discussion with our panelists on their experiences with domestic violence, how it relates to legal rights, immigration, community resources and how our communities can stay safe and empowered. In addition, Comerica Bank presenters will provide an open forum for participants to ask questions about banking, budgeting tips, credit, and loans. This event will help inspire, empower, and provide resources to help attendees understand the 'shadow pandemic' of domestic violence and navigate additional complexities related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
