October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month! Please join us for the Fremont Domestic Violence Awareness Candlelight Vigil on Oct 19, Wednesday, 5 PM-7 PM, in front of Fremont City Hall. This event is co hosted by NISA, Narika, SAVE and Maitri. There will be community resources, art and pledges, tea and nourishment. We will also have a short open mic forum for community members to express their thoughts to mark this important month of awareness. Poems, songs, reflections all welcome.
